Chocolate Bouquets to Melt your Heart

Bangalore, 14th Feb, 2015: Did it ever cross your mind that you could gift a chocolate bouquet to your loved one? A unique concept and undeniably a delectable gifting option, these sweet and appealing chocolate bouquets are being prepared by NGO REWA.

The NGO has engaged around 10 underprivileged women in this creative venture. In less than two months, these women have managed to deliver more than 400 orders in Bangalore alone and another 300 orders outside the city. The choc bouquets are also available at Just Bake and Narayana School.

REWA has provided professional training to these women in chocolate making, wrapping, packaging and bouquet making. It is amazing to see how within a short time span, these amateurish women have excelled in the art of chocolate making and are now earning a decent remuneration for their efforts and skills.

"This is a small endeavour by REWA to empower the disadvantaged women and make them financially independent. In near future, we plan to engage more women in such ingenious and productive projects by imparting necessary skills and providing required resources to them" says Mr. Abhishek Saran, Founder & Director, REWA.

Apart from making chocolate bouquets, REWA is also actively involved in making assorted homemade chocolates and conducting health and hygiene awareness camps.
