REWA welcomes volunteers of all backgrounds — no prior NGO experience required. What matters most is a genuine willingness to show up, learn, and contribute to the communities we serve across Bangalore and Pune.
Since 2014, REWA volunteers have supported thousands of women and children through education, healthcare, and community programs across Bangalore and Pune
- Must be 16 years or older to volunteer independently
- Willingness to commit to at least one session per month
- Comfortable working directly with children and/or community members

Do I need any specific skills or experience?
No prior experience is required for most roles. Some positions — like digital literacy training or professional mentorship — benefit from relevant skills, but our team will help match you to a role that fits what you bring.
Is REWA a registered nonprofit organization?
Yes. REWA is registered under the Society Act in Bangalore and holds 80G and 12A recognition from the Government of India, ensuring transparency and accountability in all our programs
